I was very impressed with Mr Goyal’s ability to make patient feel at ease while explaining the ailment and the procedure required.

Mr Goyal was very conscientious, punctual and understanding in responding to my concerns during and following the cataract surgery. However, he does seem to have used a one-size-fits-all approach in the use of replacement lenses, which may be consistent with the over-all approach of the ophthalmology profession.

Highly efficient and with a very pleasant demeanour

Mr Goyal did cataract surgery on my right eye. My anxiety level of was very high for first surgery – as 2 of my brothers have lost their eye sight. Mr Goyal’s calm mannerism, detailed explanation during surgery help me enormously. The result post surgery was excellent – my vision was very clear and sharp. It gave me confidence to have my second cataract surgery done within 3 weeks of first surgery. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Goyal to anyone who needs an experienced and trustworthy eye surgeon.
