Beth has taken over from Vicky who has now retired after 7 years with Mr. Goyal. Beth is the new practice manager for Mr. Goyal and manages all aspects of his practice including appointments, billing and patient queries. She has many years of experience in this field. She is supported by a team of 5 other secretaries who can deal with Mr. Goyal’s practice in her absence.
